A registration is complete only if the full registration fee is received. The registration fee is 190 Euros and covers the welcome reception, coffee breaks, conference proceedings by CUP, conference facilities, bags, etc). For accompanying person(s) the registration fee is reduced to 70 Euros. Note that the registration fee does NOT include the conference banquet (50 Euros per person) and excursion (15 Euros per person).
The registration deadline is June 30, 2008.
If you need financial support, you must register and submit your abstract by April 10, 2008. You must also download the IAU Grant Application Form (PDF Format, DOC Format), fill it in, and send it by April 10, 2008 to Dr. D. Webb (SOC's co-chair) by fax (++1-781-377-3160) or e-mail (david.webb@hanscom.af.mil).
The registration fee can be paid by wire transfer only. The steps you need to follow for your payment are as follows:
Download the Payment Form (PDF format, DOC Format), fill it in, and calculate the total amount of money you should pay.
Deposit your payment at the following bank account:
Please do not forget to tell the bank teller that your name should be entered with your deposit.
Notify the LOC for your deposit by sending us by fax (fax number: ++30-26510-98699, c/o A. Nindos)
Note that each participant is responsible to pay the bank charges associated with his/her transaction.
