The results of investigation of the time structure of the total solar irradiance with special attention to components of characteristics of the space weather are presented. Statistical analysis on data of total and spectral solar irradiance was carried out during 2003-2008, using the data from the Solar Irradiance Datacenter’s website LASP. By spectral analysis of the temporal changes in the TSI caused by rotation of the Sun, as well as the intensity variation of the cosmic rays were revealed. Quasi-annual, semi-annual and 27-day periods with high amplitude were found in the time series of TSI and SSI. Variations of the solar constant caused by brightness inhomogeneities and cosmic rays are revealed during the period of descending phase of sunspot activity.
